During 10 years of work in the architectural visualization studio, we have realized many interesting projects. We especially remember a project for our foreign clients worth 12,000,000 dollars.
Recently we were approached by an architectural bureau from the Netherlands with the task of developing a conceptual design for a hotel on the southern coast of France. The scope of work was significant and the deadlines were tight. However, we are not afraid of challenges and willingly took on the project.
The Dutch clients wanted a visualization of the interior and exterior of the hotel. At the initial stage we discussed their vision of the project and took into account all their wishes. The clients provided us with a set of references and sketches, which our visualizers used to create the concept of the building.
We created a 3D model of the hotel, coordinated it with the client, adding all the desired elements. Then we started to develop the exterior concept.
After finalizing the exterior, we started working on the interior. Our visualizers used a variety of materials, textures and pieces of furniture from our CGI library to create the interior of the hotel.
When all the necessary work was completed, we prepared a presentation. The finished visualization was sent to the customers by email. After the presentation, the clients were satisfied with the result and the project was approved for construction.
Our cooperation with the Dutch bureau did not end there. During the construction process, architects and designers asked us for consultations, specifying details on the textures used in the interior and exterior.
Thanks to our quality work, the project was successfully realized and became a significant milestone in our professional history.
